This large holiday home is located in the center of the beautiful small town and resort of Daun, in close proximity to many attractions and excursion destinations.

The City Holiday Home Vulkaneifel is a combination of the two holiday apartments "Daun" and "Vulkaneifel." It can therefore be booked as a complete house with 185 square meters of living space, an outdoor terrace, and a garden (behind the house).

The holiday home extends over four floors and can accommodate up to 14 people. It has five separate double bedrooms, including a small additional apartment (accessible via a spiral staircase to the attic/gallery), three living rooms with three double sofa beds, a dining area in the lower area with a large dining table for everyone, and a decorative electric fireplace in the living room downstairs. 2. Additional dining area on the upper floor, 4 HD TVs in each living room and the upstairs bathroom, 4 DVD players, CD players, radio and USB ports in 3 living rooms, ceiling fans, games, etc.

High-speed Internet / WLAN / Wireless / Wi-Fi: free of charge in all rooms! You will receive a code upon arrival.

2 kitchens - one of which is new on the upper floor, both with dishwashers.

3 bathrooms: 1 bathtub and shower, 1 whirlpool and shower, 2 toilets (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), and an additional shower with sink (downstairs).

2 new saunas with 3D floors. One in the basement and one in the gallery (attic).

The house's outdoor area includes an approximately 45 sqm terrace with garden furniture. The terrace borders the busy street and sidewalk to the front and a small municipal park to the side. Due to the house's central location, the terrace is enclosed with a fence and hedge. The house's separate entrance leads from the street through the terrace into the house.
A secluded garden with a lawn, seating area, a second barbecue grill, a fountain, and a children's play tower (2 swings, a slide, and a sandbox) is also located behind the house and can be used by the guests.
A lovingly and elaborately landscaped decorative gravel area has been created outside the house, featuring a fountain and a small waterfall.
The house and its outdoor areas are attractively illuminated in the evening and at night with LED spotlights, creating a colorful display.

Due to the size of the holiday home, we are also happy to rent it to larger families or groups.
If you would like to book the holiday home with just a few people, that is also possible.
However, the basic price is always based on a minimum occupancy of 7 people!

New: 2 saunas with 3D floors (for exclusive use, free of charge)!

A storage room and an additional room with a washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the house. Cleaning equipment, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are also available here.

The amenities include: 2 microwaves, 4 coffee machines (2 pods, 2 filters), 2 toasters, and 2 kettles. Pots and pans, as well as cutlery and crockery for the maximum number of people, are provided. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.

The holiday home also has ample free parking behind the house. Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in a garage.

Many attractions and leisure facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. Shops, restaurants, cafes, a large cinema, the municipal indoor swimming pool, and a wellness hotel are just around the corner or nearby.

A large supermarket and 2 bakeries (also with Sunday opening hours) are just 100 to 150 meters away.

The 3 lakes are only 2 to 3 km away. Visit the beautiful spa gardens in Daun or Germany's largest zoo, about 3 km away.
The Wehrbüsch hiking area, with access to the maars, is only about 600 to 700 m away.
A large, newly constructed public children's playground is just 100 m away.
