The apartment complex "Maarberg Resort" has been completely renovated and newly equipped. It is beautifully situated on the outskirts of Schalkenmehren am See, on a hillside on the edge of a forest. Lake and the centre of the village are only 400 m away. From many holiday apartments in the Maarberg Resort you can enjoy the beautiful view over the lake. Each apartment has a WLAN/WIFI internet access. House with sauna (can also be used alone). You will simply love the beautiful grounds with an ornamental pond and waterfalls!

Elegant, completely new furnished apartment for 2 to 4 persons with approx.48 sqm living space, terrace towards the lake and ornamental pond.
The apartment Seeterasse is situated on the ground floor (3 steps in front of the terrace) and offers a gorgeous view over the lake, the beautiful landscape and the well-kept ornamental pond.

Make yourself at home in the apartment or on the terrace and let yourself be enchanted by the view.
In the beautifully furnished living room you will find a new sofa set with bed function and a large, 127 cm HD/3D television. A large selection of German and international television and radio stations in a variety of languages from 4 different satellite guarantee perfect entertainment. A 3D Blueray player and DVD player as well as a music system with radio, CD etc. also belong to the equipment of the apartment.
There is an Internet access with WIFI (Wlan).

The bright and friendly furnished apartment with its homely wood and stone design gives the flair of being in close touch with nature. In addition, the electric fireplace and an elegant ceiling fan create an especially cosy atmosphere. This guarantees holiday atmosphere even on cold and wet days.
It is a smoke-free apartment (smokers please use the terrace or the outdoor area).

The new fitted kitchen has a 4 plate stove (ceramic hob) and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 2 coffee machines (filter and pad machine, Bosch tassimo) toasters, kettles etc. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and crockery for the highest possible number of persons are of course available.
A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge.
The dining area is suitable for up to 4 people.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm). So nothing is in the way of a good night's rest.
In the living room there is a new double sofa bed that can be used as an additional sleeping possibility.

Pamper yourself in the steam shower with a light therapy, massage jets for body and feet, rain shower and a variety of other performances. Even a radio is integrated.
The blue luminescent floor-LED´s distributed all over the bathroom offer a great atmosphere. A large, illuminated mirror and make-up mirror, a hotel hairdryer and a personal scale are available. Modern heating with towel warmer. 

The apartment has a beautiful terrace with 4 lounge chairs and a cocktail or coffee table.

If you want to enjoy a beautiful meal on the terrace, you will find a further collapsible dining table on each floor (in front of the apartment entrance).
You will receive a key for the terrace door and thus have the possibility to directly reach the parking lot via the terrace and the ornamental pond (small bridge). This will give you your own separate entrance.

The apartment has a central heating and of course a separate entrance.

Indoors: reception hall with reception desk. Sauna and solarium are located in the basement of the “Maarberg Resort". The sauna can also be used exclusively by you (lockable).
In addition in the basement there is a room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the reception hall you will find hiking maps, postcards and free information material regarding the many excursion destinations and leisure activities in the region. In the reception hall there is also a beverage fridge with drinks to take away on a trust basis. Large aquarium in the entrance area / reception.

The outdoor area will inspire you!
Two wonderful and elaborately landscaped ornamental ponds with koi and other fish, 2 waterfalls, 2 brooklets and a well-kept decorative gravel garden are part of the complex. The outdoor facilities are romantically illuminated in the evening. In the ponds even turtles are splashing about. Sit comfortably on your balcony or terrace with a cup of coffee or a cocktail in front of you and watch the fish and turtles. Or enjoy the magnificent view into the valley and over the lake.

Further outdoors: ample parking, bicycle stands. A barbecue area with a view of the lake is behind the house.

In the village there are a number of good restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities. In the nearby district town of Daun (5 km away), you will also find many shopping facilities and supermarkets.
