City Holiday Home Daun in Daun
The large holiday home is located in the centre of the beautiful small town and the holiday resort of Daun, in the immediate vicinity of many sights and excursion destinations.
The City Holiday Home Daun was completely renovated in 2016 and completely refurbished in a lovely modern style. It has 210 sqm of living space, 40 sqm useful area and 2 secluded outside terraces behind the house. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture.
Internet / WLAN / WIFI is available for free in all rooms. You will receive a corresponding password for the WLAN (WIFI).
An ornamental gravel area has been lovingly and elaborately laid out on the outside of the house. With a fountain and a small waterfall.
The LED illumination of the house and grounds with its play of colours creates a special atmosphere in the evening and at night.
The holiday home spreads over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 14 people.
It has a total of 6 separate double bedrooms, 3 of which are double bedrooms, each with an additional bed (triple room).
All bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor (3 bedrooms on each floor), all bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds, 2 large bedrooms on the 1st floor and a third large bedroom on the 2nd floor with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an additional bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). 1 further bedroom on the first floor with box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and 2 further bedrooms on the second floor with box-spring beds (1.40 m x 2.00 m).
4 of the 6 bedrooms (the three 3-bed rooms and a smaller bedroom on the second floor) additionally have a modern washing facility with mirror and make-up mirror.
The holiday home has a modern and bright and friendly equipped living room on the ground floor with adjoining dining room, in addition with a double sofa bed in the living room. Large sitting area in the living room, large ultra-HD TV with USB connection, DVD/ BlueRay player.
A beautiful electric fireplace, ceiling fan with remote control, games etc. also create a cosy atmosphere.
Dining room with extendable dining table for all persons, 2nd dining area additionally in the kitchen, modern, large kitchen with seating group and a second exit to the terrace, kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment (additional freezer in the cellar room), 2 coffee machines = 1 pad (Bosch tassimo) and a filter machine.
The beautiful house has 3 modern bathrooms, one bathroom with toilet on each floor.

4 of the 6 bedrooms are equipped with additional washing facilities and modern LED mirrors with make-up mirrors, LED fittings, hotel hairdryer and vanity unit.
In the basement there is a room with a washing machine and electric tumble dryer (can be used for a small fee of 4.50 € incl. washing powder). In the basement of the house you will also find an additional fridge and a large freezer, both of which provide cooling facilities in addition to the kitchen.
The equipment includes: microwave, 2 coffee machines (1 x pad Bosch Tassimo, 1 x filter), toasters and electric kettle. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and crockery for the highest possible number of persons are of course available. Cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge.
Outdoor area:
To the grounds of the City Ferienhaus Daun (access from the kitchen) belongs a terrace equipped with garden furniture.
A second seating area is located on the secluded terrace at the back of the house, with a children's play tower (2 swings, a slide and a sandbox). You also find there a barbecue and a fountain.
The two holiday homes City Ferienhaus Daun and City Ferienhaus Vulkaneifel share these grounds.
The holiday home has parking spaces behind the house. In addition, a garage can be used.
Many sights and leisure facilities are only a few minutes' walk away. Grocery shopping, shopping, restaurants, cafes, cinema, wellness or indoor hot water pool etc. are just around the corner.
A large supermarket and 3 bakeries (also with Sunday sale) are only 100 to 150 metres away.
The 3 lakes are only 2 to 3 km away. Visit the beautiful spa gardens in Daun.
The hiking area Wehrbüsch with connection to the Maar lakes is only 600 to 700 m away.
A large children's playground is in 100 m distance.

We do not rent the beautiful holiday home to youth groups or for group celebrations!

A supermarket and 2 large bakeries are about 50 to 150 m away (bakeries and cafes are open on Sundays).
