Elegant, completely newly-furnished studio for 2 persons. approx. 31 sqm living space, terrace towards the lake and ornamental pond. The studio is on the ground floor (3 steps in front of the terrace) and offers a beautiful view overthe lake, the beautiful landscape and the well-kept ornamental pond. Make yourself at home in the apartment or on the terrace and experience the magic of the beautiful view.
Bed-sit room with high-quality box spring bed (180x200 cm double bed). So nothing stands in the way of a good night’s rest. For your entertainment, there is also a large, 127 cm HD/3D television of the new generation. You are offered a large selection of TV and radio stations in many languages (4 satellites). Also a 3D Blueray player and DVD player. Stereo with radio, CD etc. Internet access with WIFI (Wifi).
The apartment furnished in light and welcoming colours with its homely wood and stone design gives the flair of being in close touch with nature.
It is a smoke free apartment (smokers please use the terrace or outdoor area)
The new fitted kitchen has a 4 plate stove (ceramic hob) as well as an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 2 coffee machines (filter and pad machine, Bosch tassimo) toasters, kettles etc. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and crockery for the highest possible number of persons are of course available. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge.
The dining area is suitable for 2 persons. The cabinet has a full-length mirror.
You will receive a key for the terrace door and thus have the possibility to directly reach the parking lot via the terrace and the ornamental pond (small bridge). This will give you your own separate entrance.
The bathroom is especially luxuriously designed!
It has a 2 person whirlpool. Pamper yourself in the whirlpool enjoying a light therapy, the whirlpool function and a variety of other functions. A radio is also integrated.
Special bath salt for the whirlpool is available free of charge.
One of the amenities in the bathroom is a flat screen TV. While chilling in the whirlpool watch a nice movie on TV or a good film on DVD.
To even enhance the relaxing atmosphere a DVD with fireplace sunrises etc. is waiting for you.

The apartment has a terrace with 2 lounge chairs and a cocktail or coffee table. If you want to enjoy a beautiful meal on the terrace, you will find a further collapsible dining table on each floor (in front of the apartment entrance). The apartment has central heating and of course one respectively two separate entrances. It is possible to use the entrance via the terrace and the small bridge or through the house and the main entrance.
Indoors: reception hall with reception desk. Sauna and solarium are located in the basement of the “Maarberg Resort". The sauna can also be used exclusively by you (lockable).
In addition in the basement there is a room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the reception hall you will find hiking maps, postcards and free information material regarding the many excursion destinations and leisure activities in the region. In the reception hall there is also a beverage fridge with drinks to take away on a trust basis. Large aquarium in the entrance area / reception.

Two wonderful and elaborately landscaped ornamental ponds with koi and other fish, 2 waterfalls, 2 brooklets and a well-kept decorative gravel garden are part of the complex. The outdoor facilities are romantically illuminated in the evening. In the ponds even turtles are splashing about. Sit comfortably on your balcony or terrace with a cup of coffee or a cocktail in front of you and watch the fish and turtles. Or enjoy the magnificent view into the valley and over the lake.
Further outdoors: ample parking, bicycle stands. A barbecue area with a view of the lake is behind the house.
In the village there are a number of good restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities. In the nearby district town of Daun (5 km away), you will also find many shopping facilities and supermarkets.
